The general minimum is €100, unless a specific opportunity specifies otherwise, clearly indicated on each property sheet.
Anyone over 18 who completes registration and KYC verification. Both retail and professional/institutional investors can participate individually or through companies (KYB).
TokenCrowd structures its operations in accordance with the Securities Market Law and applicable regulations, working with regulated providers when necessary.
Through exhaustive analysis: price, location, appreciation potential, renovation costs, market comparables and legal structure. Publication requires sufficient buyer commitment.
Each opportunity shows objective returns and estimated timelines combining periodic rents and/or capital gains. These are estimates based on reasonable scenarios, not guaranteed returns.
As with any real estate investment, there are market, execution, liquidity and regulatory change risks. Income or timelines may differ; final sales may not reach expected values.
